So far so good! Renting a unit was super easy. Just go to the website, pick your size, pick your unit number, and pay. Easy breezy, lemon squeezie! Unit was clean and dry inside. I had a question about something mentioned on the website and called to get clarification. The lady was pleasant and knowledgeable and answered my question completely. Now to move stuff in!

The pricing was fair, even after the promo. Payments were easy to make, and they offered autopay as well. Gate access was harmless to operate as well, and I noticed security cameras all over the property in and out of the gate, which made me feel safe with leaving my belongings. The storage unit itself was clean and dry, and the door and locking mechanism worked well. Canceled service was even a breeze when I was done with it all. Overall, I would recommend anyone in need of a unit in this area to this location

Super easy to get your contract and unit access -- took all of 15 minutes online for me. Convenient to Lake Land Blvd. in Mattoon. Friendly, helpful agents that responded to questions quickly and efficiently. Unit in "Climate Controlled" building was clean. Rates were reasonable. Only two gripes: (1) the "climate" in the building wasn't as "controlled" as I might have hoped -- in the heat of the summer (early August), the air in there wasn't that much cooler, but I've only been there a couple of times since starting the contract. (2) I also noticed that the office attached was unstaffed even in the middle of a weekday; not sure if that's a security issue or not. But on the whole, with limited choices in our small area, it's not a bad one and it should suit my needs.
